The trick on the previous page is super handy if you’ve got brown bananas, but you might want to prevent your bananas from going brown in the first place. There’s an easy trick for that and all you need (besides the bananas) is some cling film. Wrap a little bit of cling film around the stem of the banana. This is all there is to it! Wrapping the stems in cling film will slow down the ripening process of the banana.
